About Me
As a content creator of various mediums, I choose to identify as a "creative."
Underneath that umbrella term, I am a photographer, videographer, artist, demo reel creator, social media specialist and writer.
With a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Film and Media Arts and a Minor in Advertising from Southern Methodist University, I have been utilizing my skills to work with clients around the DFW area, across the U.S. and worldwide.
Film and Videography
I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of positions on student sets, a feature film, local DFW commercials and music videos, as well as write novels and film scripts. My most recent project is my thesis, The Dinner, which has concluded its film festival run with several awards.
Positions on/off set that I have filled include writer, director, assistant director, director of photography, 1st/2nd assistant camera, gaffer, BTS photographer, production designer and production assistant. I am also proficient in editing, color grading/correction, and sound design/mixing.
Social Media
Growing up with the rise of social media, I started my internet presence managing a fan account as a hobby (which organically amassed over 10k followers... yeah, that's what I liked doing in my free time as a kid), then I turned those practices into a profession, interning as a Senior Social Media Intern at Southern Methodist University, my alma mater, before working as a social media manager for the University of North Texas.
